WLE's all-inclusive study program is designed to make your experience in Beijing rewarding and memorable. The following list of items is included in the total program fees:

Information, Advice & Assistance in Beijing
WLE's Office is located in the World Link Center. A regular shuttle transports students to the Institute. The WLE Team is comprised of experienced international staff from Australia, Sweden, US and China. We offer our students professional and reliable assistance during their stay in Beijing.

Student Center & Free Internet Use
Equipped with modern facilities including a resource library and computers. The library offers a wide variety of educational materials on Chinese Language, Business and Martial Arts. Free internet access at WLE's Student Center.

Accommodation
Accommodation for the entire period of the program is included. Live on campus, at the World Link Residence or in a hotel.

Visa Documentation
Successful applicants are provided with all necessary visa documents needed to apply for a visa to the PRC.

Tuition Fees
All fees for tuition are included.

Registration & Enrollment
Administrative Fees to complete enrollment procedures are included.

After-Class Tutorials
WLE's experienced Martial Arts supervisors provide invaluable after-class coaching. Language Supervisors provide extra tuition for Language students.

Martial Arts & Language Exchange Partners Program
Through WLE's network of Chinese university students, students are paired with language partners. An excellent way to practice with other students whilst engaging in cultural and language exchange.

Electives
Held in conference rooms in the afternoons. Elective classes in Chinese language, arts and culture such as Calligraphy, Painting, Taiji, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Traditional Chinese Massage are offered.

Tours
Tours led by experienced English-speaking guides from CITS (China International Travel Service) to major attractions from the Great Wall, Tian'anmen Square, Summer Palace and Forbidden City. Admission and transport provided.

Airport Reception
Transfer from airport to accommodation on your arrival included. You will be greeted at the airport and accompanied to your accommodation.

Welcome Pack
Includes Mobile phone with local SIM card and pre-paid long distance calling card, a Beijing Map (English & Chinese), Dictionary (updated and easy to use), Beijing Guidebook, Chinese-English reference menu, Telephone Card (50rmb), Discount Card, and monthly publications such as Beijing This Month, and Business Beijing.

Orientation Day
Held the day before the course starts. Includes information briefing (course, banking, medical, etc.) and a tour of the university, hotel and nearby facilities. Students will also enjoy a Chinese lunch with WLE staff.

Social Events
WLE organized events, such as the Peking Duck Feast, are an excellent way to meet others while enjoying Chinese cuisine and Beijing's social night spots. Dinner at these events is included. Other activities such as games, mahjong nights, bowling, basketball and touch rugby are held with WLE's Language Exchange Chinese students.

Monthly Travel
Discounted travel packages offer WLE students an affordable opportunity to travel around China visiting places such as Shanghai, Xi'an, Datong, Zhengzhou (Shaolin Temple) and Inner Mongolia. Full packages for weekend or the week are from US $100 to $300.

Shaolin Temple Trip*
Fully packaged weekend tour to Shaolin Temple in Zhengzhou. Students will be coached by a Shaolin monk and learn about the history of the sacred temple. Hotel Accommodation, Roundtrip train tickets, Coaching fees, Guide, Transport and some meals are included.

*Those studying programs for 8 weeks or more.

Emergency Travel and Medical Insurance
For peace of mind, World Link Education programs offer emergency travel and medical insurance in the total program fees. A range of benefits such as medical expenses, emergency dental expenses, personal liability, luggage, pro-rata return of the program fees in emergency and leisure travel insurance are included. Airline Tickets

Accommodation Options:
Student Dormitory (Single/ Double)
Single: Comprises of one room with private bathroom.
Double: Comprises of one room with two beds and private bathroom.

Student Residence (Studio / Room)
Residence Studio (Single / Double-share): Comprises of one bedroom with attached living room, kitchenette and private bathroom.
Residence Room (Single / Double-share): Comprises of one room and private bathroom.

Host Family (Half Board)
Stay with a Chinese family and learn first hand about the culture and Chinese way of life. Chinese hosts are interviewed and regularly visited.
Breakfast and dinner are provided on weekdays. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided on weekends. Single rooms are provided.

Shared Apartment
Live in a spacious and fully furnished apartment with modern furniture and facilities. Share an apartment with other students comprising of 2 or 3 bedrooms, a living and dining room, bathroom and kitchen. The common living room has a lounge, TV (cable), DVD, Internet access and telephone. Each bedroom has a bed, desk, chair, and storage area for clothes and personal belongings. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave and cooking utensils. Single room occupancy is provided. Located just 5 to 10 minutes from the Academy.

Private Apartment
Live in a spacious and fully furnished private apartment with modern furniture and facilities. Some apartment compounds have swimming pool and tennis court facilities. Each fully furnished apartment has one bedroom, a living and dining room, bathroom and kitchen. The living room has a lounge, TV (cable), DVD, Internet access and telephone. The bedroom has a bed, desk, chair, and storage area for clothes and personal belongings. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave and cooking utensils. Located just 5 to 10 minutes from the Academy.

Hotel
Live in a three star hotel. Each room is fully equipped with modern furniture, bed, fridge, private bathroom, satellite TV, air-conditioning, and telephone (IDD and ISD). Hotel facilities include laundry, daily housekeeping, modern gym, swimming pool, and restaurants. Single or twin rooms available.
